Yes - no subscriptions, no payment gate at download, and no “premium unlock” tricks.
Do I need an account?
No. You can create and download a resume without registering.
Do you store my resume data?
By default, no. You can download your resume as JSON and keep it locally. Online storage would only be added if you explicitly opt into it by signing in AND saving the resume to your account. Even if you're logged in, the resume isn't saved unless you actively save it to your account.
Can I continue later without an account?
Yes - save your resume as a JSON file and re-upload it when you come back.

Why does this website exist?

This website was created after we visited one-too-many bait-and-switch "free" websites that have you edit a resume for half an hour (if not more), only to hold it "hostage" before allowing you to download it, until you pay whatever sum they came up with for the membership, despite advertising a free resume editor.
That will never happen here.
